As we continue to expand our offerings, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in defining business requirements, optimizing workflows, and driving product enhancements.

Note: This is an on-site position, and candidates must be willing to work from our office location.

Position Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow automation to enhance product development. This role requires a strategic thinker with 4-6 years of experience in SaaS platforms, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HRTech, Payroll, or FinTech products.
AI-related experience (LLMs, AI-driven automation, agentic frameworks) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Product Development

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders to define and document clear and actionable business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, define ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes, and recommend process improvements.
• Convert business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and functional requirements.

Feature Roadmap & Execution

• Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to prioritize features and align with the product roadmap.
• Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure user-centric workflows and seamless platform experiences.
• Conduct customer feedback sessions to influence product enhancements and market fit.

AI-Driven Automation & Data Insights (Preferred)

• Understand and utilize LLMs and agentic AI frameworks to optimize decision-making and workflow automation.
• Identify data insights and report requirements for business intelligence.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product functionalities and ensure they align with business needs.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical and business logic issues with development teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation

• Serve as the liaison between business teams, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure product success.
• Provide internal training and documentation on newly implemented features and processes.

Critical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in a SaaS-based HRTech, US Payroll, or FinTech company.
• Strong expertise in business process automation, API integrations, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, LLMs, and intelligent decision-making tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
